Tell us what
is missing.

Grailry gets built from what collectors actually ask for. Every note is read by the person who can change it.

What makes a note actionable
The card, by set and number. TID 022/096 reaches one record; “the blue one” reaches none.
Where a better price came from. A link to the sold listing, not a figure on its own — a number with no source cannot be checked against ours.
The photo, if a scan matched wrong. It goes to the person who corrects the match by hand, and the correction lands for everyone.
What happens to it

A person reads it and replies within two working days — which is why the address is required, not optional. A photo you attach is kept until we close the report, then deleted; we never train a model on it. The privacy policy says the same thing.

Required

We cannot chase a broken scan or a wrong price without somewhere to write back.

We use your address only to reply.

The route for when you cannot sign in — what goes, what stays, how long.

What a photo you attach is kept for, and why we never train on it.

Card values in Grailry are market reference estimates from third-party pricing sources, for informational use only — not appraisals or financial advice. If a number looks wrong to you, still send it: “wrong” against real market data is exactly the report we want.
