Account deletion

Delete your
account.

In the app, Settings › Delete account does it immediately. Ask by email if you cannot sign in: we confirm it is your address first, then run the same deletion.

What goes
Every card in your vault, its photos and its price historyYour handle, share page and leaderboard entryYour messages and DMs, and anything you posted in channelsYour gem balance, destroyed. Gems are not currency: no cash value, never refunded.

Permanent. Export the vault as CSV first if you want a copy — Settings → Export, no request needed.

What staysHow long
Encrypted backups, which hold a copy30 days
Payment and tax records, held by us and by your app storeLegal minimum
Aggregate usage data, not linkable to youIndefinite
An abuse record, if a report names youUntil it closes

We never saw your card number. Plus is billed by your app store — cancel it there too, or it keeps renewing.

Delete it from the app

This is the whole route, and it needs nobody’s help. Open Grailry, then:

  1. Settings (the gear), then Account.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. The red list above runs at once.
If you cannot sign in

Write to privacy@grailry.com from the address on the account. Say the word DELETE in the message so it cannot be mistaken for a question, and tell us why if you feel like it. A person replies within two working days.

Email a deletion request
After you send it
1You write from the address on the account. That is how we know it is you — nothing has been removed, and the account keeps working.
2We reply to confirm, then you confirm back. That is the last reversible moment. There is no second confirmation after it.
3The red list runs, immediately. The amber list ages out on the clock beside it.

Privacy policy

The same retention table as above, written out in full and for every account.

You do not have to close the account to remove data: individual cards and your own messages can be deleted from inside the app at any time. To remove specific personal data and keep the account, email privacy@grailry.com. The retention rows above are the same ones set out in full in the privacy policy.
